NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION
Please add 15 minutes to your facial treatment to accommodate for a thorough consultation and completion of New Client intake forms.
CELL PHONES
For a quiet and relaxing experience, please turn off your cellphone during your treatment.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please provide 24 hours notice if cancellation.
RETURNED CHECKS
If a check is returned, you will be charged a $25 handling fee.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
We are not responsible for loss or damage of any personal articles.
RETURN POLICY
All unopened products will be given store credit within a 30-day period. All open skin care products will be given store credit within a 30 day period if product is more than half-way filled.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by check (with I.D.), cash, credit card or Zelle®. Payment in cash and check is preferred and appreciated, as it helps to keep the service prices as low as possible for our clients.
GRATUITIES
Our service fee does not include a gratuity. While they are not obligatory, feel free to leave a gratuity you consider appropriate. Gratuities are accepted in cash, credit or check. Gratuities are greatly appreciated!
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates may be purchased in any dollar amount for either services or products. Gift Certificates can be purchased online for $65, $80, or $95 only. E-mail us for Gift Certificates in amounts not listed.
